SUBMITTING A MAINTENANCE REQUEST FOR YOUR UNIT
We value all tenant feedback regarding your unit and your home.
Please include all of the items below in your maintenance request.
FOR FIRE OR SAFETY SYSTEM REPAIRS NEEDED PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT A WRITTEN REQUEST PLEASE PHONE THE OFFICE AT 519-566-5733 IMMEDIATELY FOR PROMPT ATTENTION. THIS SHALL ALSO INCLUDE ALL RUNNING WATER REQUESTS.
All maintenance requests must be submitted in writing to the email provided , due to the volume of requests they will be processed in a first come first served and emergency basis . All requests that involve security and safety will be addressed first

This will help us to prioritize your needs and requests for faster response times by R.A.M. Staff:
1. The lease holders name and unit number.
2. The room that the maintenance is required in. We value your privacy and for rooms such as bedrooms we would like to remind all tenants to please cover or put away items of a personal nature prior to staff arrival.
3. A general description of the repair needed.
4. Any special needs or concerns regarding the repair needed.
5. photos are always welcome to help with the repairs needed
Thou a tenant is not required to be home during maintenance being performed. Should you wish to be present we will make every effort to accomodate you AND your needs.
Your request will be submitted to our maintenance department upon receipt.
