In House legal administration (pertaining to the RTA (Residential Tenancies Act)).

Training in the FM Global Fire safety requirements (the highest in the world).

Ticketed Trades Persons (in many trades including carpentry, project management, Hvac, electrical, plumbing, structural, equipment operation,  and many more).

Training in AODA (as legislated).

First aid training.
